I specialize in product, interaction, and strategy design with a focus on neuroscience-based systems thinking. With experience spanning over 14 years, I have worked in various roles within fast-paced agencies, in-house design teams, B2B/B2C startups, large corporations, and as a freelancer. Most recently, I worked as a Digital Experience Design Manager in a health tech agency, where I hired and supported a high-performing team of eight end-to-end UI/UX designers. I developed project and team processes, conducted skill sessions, design challenges, and created numerous Figma templates and tools. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Interaction Design and am currently pursuing a Master's in Applied Neuroscience.
My approach:
In order to design a product for humans, with humans, I believe in first understanding the systems in which humans perceive, consider and attend to information. These insights transformed how I approach the product development process, from appreciating the unique perspectives of customers and users to improving team collaboration and removing bias within my own decision-making.

✓ Cognitive neuroscience
✓ Product discovery
✓ Product roadmap
✓ Product strategy

My background:
Sparked by my parents’ careers as a psychotherapist and athletic coach and reinforced by my years as a team manager, coach, and mentor, I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Broadly speaking, I am fascinated by the human mind and study it relentlessly in the hopes that I can leave a positive impact with the time I have.
Message me if you would like to discuss how I can help you achieve your goals. I am excited to share my experiences and expertise with you. I’ll throw in as much or as little of the neuroscience behind my advice as you like. 😊
